We bought this swing to replace a toddler swing for 3 year old granddaughter. She was nervous at first, but with a little practice, she came around. Quality product.
Cute. love the swing!! Purchased unpainted swing to paint ourselves. Only thing i wish it came with was the mounting hardware. Assembly was straight forward would only have been 30 mins or less but painted before Assembly about 2 hours to paint all the parts. Overall very sturdy and well made swing. Arrived much faster than estimated.
This swing seemed like it was the perfect fit but after one week the screws came loose the rope was fraying and we had to reinforce the seat and replace one rope. Excellent design poorly built.Struggle.
My sister and I easily hung this on a tree in my yard with some additional rope and carabiners. Its very sturdy and I have plenty of space when I sit on it so it doesnt hurt my sides. I took of one star for comfort because if you are wearing shorts and you sit on it for a while it starts to bite into your thighs a little. I easily avoid this by wearing pants or capris. Best for price.
He loves it. I have had this swing for two years now and it is in excellent condition. We hang it outside between two trees and leave it there from early spring to late fall. It spends the New England winters in the basement. The finish looks just as good as the day we got it. I highly recommend this very comfortable swing.
The swing is very nice aesthetically, but, in my opinion, the swing is not as safe as I would like for my grandchildren. I bought 2 of these last year for a cedar frame that I had professionally installed. We just recently hung them. My Grandson kept slipping off the seat and had red marks on his hands from holding on to the thin and rough textured ropes. I am now looking for different and safer options. Fast service.
This swing is very nice and sturdy. Its easy to hang with straps that are sold separately. The wood will eventually turn brown from the sun and rain as wood does if not protected with some kind of coating. So, here it is one year later and its weathered in color but holding up nicely. One person job.

Top of back rest is warping.
the top rail of the back rest is warping after only a few months of it being installed. Unstable.
