    Happy customer

It works great! We love it in our tiny house! I did a coat of white paint, and installed a refurbished wooden paddle for use as a door handle.

cannot find a way to contact . missing parts , wrong photo/description

The photo shows 1 rails for a 42 door. We received 2 rails and no junction part to hold the 2 rails together. The instruction for the door says it is not included, which was accurate and would be fine if it were the one rail shown. There is a wobble and it is sloppy with the 2 rails vs. one. Also ,the door did not slide together easily on one of the long edges We are living with a gap Where can I get a junction? I could not locate a contact number , or method/ maybe I missed it

Great price for a great door

This review is for the 42in x 84in Door+J Shape: We are currently renovating an old barn into a cabin, so of course needed some barn doors for the interior! We had shopped around and received quotes for sliding barn doors ranging from 800/1500 (often just the door without hardware), so when we found this door with hardware included for only 250, we thought it wouldnt hurt to try it at that price. And Im so happy we did! For this price, we got an excellent door! When the door was delivered, one of the two long boards was slightly damaged / there was a dent that had splintered in the middle / we reached out to the seller who provided an immediate response and resolution. They sent us the replacement just a few days later, so I was impressed with their customer service. In the end, all pieces were accounted for and in great condition. We put the door together using the enclosed instruction 2/sided sheet / that part was super easy. Full disclosure, our contractor installed the hardware and hung the door, so Im not sure how easy that process was personally. I didnt see instructions for the hardware installation part (although Im sure you could request from the seller if needed), but our contractor said it was easy as it was clear which parts went where. But just for that reason, I agree with another reviewer who mentioned it may be tricky for a beginner. All in all, I am so pleased with this door, I purchased one more for our other room. Highly recommend!

    Nice looking door

Stained it, assembled it, and installed it. It is beautiful. The wood is a light weight ?pine so not the most luxurious wood but finished well and stains up nicely. Instructions were pretty clear and had no trouble with assembling or installing it. Perfect for our bathroom where a standard door wouldnt work.

    Nice door

Door was missing handle and the top side screw is right where you have to drill for the barn door hanger.

    Quality product. Decent price.

Comes unfinished. Assembly was easy, just some pieces were tough (a little warped maybe?). Love the final product.

    Warped

Once we put this together we realized it doesnt lay flat so when we hung it as a barn door, one bottom end of the door scrapes the wall and the other side is about an inch from the wall. We cant figure it out but the wood seems warped. Great price, good quality, but I would ensure it lays flat before finishing off the screws and wood plugs.
