Customer service is fantastic and this is an amazingly comfortable, gorgeous couch. It is very high quality, long enough to sleep on, just the best couch I could wish for! Easy assembly with Velcro backs and padding for stability. Easy to move to clean underneath, a moveable footrest for even more added comfort.
This couch is awesome!! We were so skeptically because the price was too good to be true. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort of this couch. If you are skeptical because of the price, just know it looks just like the picture and its a great deal!
This is a great sofa for the price. The fabric is soft and comfy. I was surprised that it wasnt super firm and uncomfortable to sit on. Assembly was quick and easy. The moveable ottoman makes this a sectional I guess. Its really a sofa with moveable ottoman, but it works however you say it. We added some colorful throw pillows and it looks great!
First of all I was very skeptical purchasing a couch online. Some of the reviews say it is smaller than pictured but the measurements were listed so I knew size wise this would be perfect for what I needed. The couch was delivered several days early in just 2 boxes which was a pleasant surprise. The couch took about 30 minutes to put together and I was so thrilled with it! My only complaint which would not make me rate this couch any lower is that I wish the back pillows were a tad bit thicker. Im hoping that maybe they will plump up a bit eventually. Sofa is perfect for the price and Very easy to assemble. After a couple weeks I damaged the larger cushion, I wrote that I wanted to purchase the cushion. They responded almost immediately and are sending me another one for free!
This couch is perfect for our cozy townhouse! Its the perfect size for our living room. People have said it is small but I personally dont think so. It can seat 3-4 people comfortably (5 if you break the ottoman off from the sectional!). With a 4 month old, I like that I can take off the cushion covers and wash them if the couch ever gets dirty. People said its too firm but I think its comfy! Eventually itll soften up but so far Im loving it! One thing I dont like about it, however, is how there are small gaps in the back of the couch. The cushions cover it but still, not a fan. Also, I dont like how the back cushions are thin and not as fluffy, but it is still comfy! Overall, this is amazing couch for the price!
