I want to start by saying I am extremely pleased with this sellers customer service. There were a few issues but they were quick to respond and great with taking care of the issue. I did love the product and once the issue is fixed it is completely worth every penny. Im glad I went with this company for my purchase. Not so bad.
The bed is beautiful and was easy to put together. There was no damage to the product in shipping except a very small chip in the paint on one of the pieces. Upon looking at the piece I can tell the paint would chip quite easily. This is the only drawback I could find but otherwise this is a beautiful bed and I am very pleased with the purchase. Overall good.
When receiving the bed, it came in to delivery parts. Which I did not mind, since everything came together. I find it very beneficial that it came with a tool to help me assemble it easy at home. The structure of the bed is very good, the sturdiness is very strong. For all its worth its pretty much a bedframe. And I weigh 300 pounds and still able to sleep on such bad. This item is good! Satisfied.
This bed is beautiful and very sturdy! Got it for my sons room but it would definitely work in a girls room too! The is great and the drawers under the are surprisingly spacious. Love everything about this bed and so does my son. Well made and packaged.
