Great bed for the money. Sturdy and good looking. The lower frame rolls smoothly out from under and the three drawers are nice space savers that work well too. Yep, this is not a 10 minute assembly. Know ahead of time that youre looking at 3/4 hours. I knew that and put the time aside when the bed arrived. Left plenty of space and had good lighting and read the instructions. Its one of those things that if I did it again a second time a few days later, it would go much quicker. There is a learning curve, but most people will only assemble one of these. But its nice and sturdy and handsome looking. All the parts were there and they all went together as designed. No mix ups! Very happy with our purchase. Perfect for my teenager.
Its holding up well for my 5 year old son. We store toys in the drawers which we needed, and we use the bed for a play table. My one complaint was the odor. It had a heavy paint smell and it took at least a month to go away. Just the right height.
When we received the bed one part was damaged during shipping. I called the on the instructions and had a replacement part in a few days! Very pleased with the quality. Worth the price !!!
Everything was as expected, but we received 2 left pieces of one section that required a L R. sent the correct part and all was well.
Also there was a small omission in the instruction that I was able to figure out. Very sturdy.
My husband put this almost exclusively together by himself!! He did such a great job and my son LOVES IT!! He was in a toddler bed and got to upgrade to the big boy bed. He loves it! He chose to use the bottom drawers for shoes and he is able to open them and see exactly what he has. Its very sturdy. He can also open and close the bottom bed on his own and loves feeling like a big kid. He is 5 almost 6. this is good!
This bed is a wonderful bed! I love how it turned out, it is very sturdy and comfortable. The only issue is that none of the parts are labeled you literally have to play Tetris with common sense to figure out how to put it together. Overall great product, terrible packaging! Need to label the parts please! Perfect and Sturdy.
We LOVE this bed and so do our daughters. The reason for the 4 rating is because of the assembly. It comes completely disassembled. Meaning, each separate board has to be put together. In addition to that, the boards were not labeled well.
I rarely review but wish I had known this before. That does NOT mean that I wouldnt buy this again/ we do like it that much. I just wish that I had been more prepared for the build and the time that it would take. Thanks!
I assembled the bed myself easily (I am 50 yo small woman), though the instruction is a bit confusing with the numbers and letters on it. The parts have the numbers but no letters, so I dont know why they put letters on the instruction.
I found one of the slats is shorter than the other by 1 so it will fall if I put in on the bed frame. I contacted the customer support, spoke to them providing all the information about my order and they requested me to provide them via email with the invoice from and pictures of the defected slat. I did send them on March 17, then they asked me again on March 19 and I sent the document again. On March 23, they sent me another email asking the same information. I replied that I have sent it. Today, they sent me another email still requesting the same. Unbelievable!! they obviously do not communicate to each other in their customer support system. So just be ready to deal with them when you get a defected item. I will update my review once I get the replacement of the slat.

After I told them that I will give an honest feedback on about their service, on the next day, they sent me email confirming that they would send me the slat replacement. I received the replacement of full set of slats yesterday. I would have given 4 stars for the great product and great price minus confusing instruction. But the experience with their customer service took away another star. Quality could be improved.
I would have given this a five star rating, but the headboards do not come up high enough once the mattress is in place. I would buy again as it is a very sturdy unit and parts are very well marked for assembly. Very easy to assemble!

Take your time erecting it.

only Thin mattress only will fit
I already had two mattress, we had to add two by fours underneath so the mattress would fit. Not bad.
