I really really really like this bed. I LOVE THIS BED!!! I was skeptical to buy after I saw a couple of bad reviews but it was easy to put together and so far Im very pleased! This product is pretty decent for the price
Regardless of the negative reviews, I have to say this bed wasnt at all hard to put together. Common sense when putting something together that has bolts is that you only hand tighten them till you are completely done. I saw negative things that were said about the cross bars that are put at the headboard and foot board. The side railing has an oblong hole for moving to the right and left before tightening. Mine fit perfectly because I didnt tighten the side railing till I had it complete. Also the support rails, the 12 rails, werent hard either. When you put one side in dont hook it till the other side is put in. It will go all the way in. The main pain I had as far as pieces are the little black square pieces that go in the hole to hold each of the 12 cross support pieces. Some were very hard to put in. Other than that. It took me maybe 35 mins to funny assemble. And I have to say. It looks fabulous. This is awesome!

The box that the frame came in was extremely heavy (which makes sense) so be careful! Make sure that after you open the box, take out every individual part (there are multiple unique bars and screws) and count them because the instructions provide a count of how many you should have. That count is exact, too; I was short six of the smallest screws when I counted (which was my fault, I think I dropped some) so I had to go to Lowes and get six similar screws which worked great.
It took me by myself about 1.5 hours, completely focused on just building (well a little bit of Hulu), to assemble. It really is quite sturdy and the wood looks really nice. There is some great space underneath the bed too, to keep things like books, house shoes, some Cheez/Its for late night snacks, etc. Would recommend! Very sturdy and durable
