Assembly was a breeze and took maybe 10 to 15 minutes. The process was pretty straightforward. The color was exactly as pictured, and the chair itself is firm but not too hard. Met my needs perfectly!
Easy to assemble and so comfy. Within 1 week the chair began sinking. The air cannister would not keep the chair up. For the chair being new I refused to pay anymore of my hard earned money to get it fixed.
Consequently, it has sat in my shed unused since 1 week after purchase. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Worth every dime

Bought this chair for my granddaughter to use at her new desk. Fairly easy to assemble except for the balls on the legs / really had to push very hard to get them on. It took several attempts, however after several minutes to frustration, I was finally able to get them on. I really love how it look like
I had an old executive black faux leather chair which had seen better days, years before, and it was not comfortable. I looked high and low to find something nice looking, reasonably priced, and a little different for my office space.
This chair seems three/quarters of the size of my old chair but it provides me with comfort and good back support (if I keep the correct posture).
Easy to assemble, the rollers glide over the office mat, and its sturdy. The back comes up to my shoulder blades. and the seat accommodates my curvy hips. Im 55. Ive had the chair for six months now. Great choice for reasonable price

Beautiful looking chair but its hard as a rock . Very uncomfortable. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
