Spent hours reviewing chairs that recline and would fit into fairly small spaces. My wife wanted something comfortable to recliner in to read, watch TV and do Reiki in. I decided to go with the Macedonia Mid Century model. It arrived on time and though the large box was slightly beat up, the chair was packed well and undamaged. Very easy to assemble with no tools. Simply align and snap the back into place and screw on the legs. Leveling discs were also provided that would slide onto the leg bolts as needed. A nice addition! Assembled, the chair looked nice and functioned properly (rocking and reclining). Im 64 240lbs and for fine in the chair though headrest was low to support my head well. Top of headrest was just under my head. This was for my 53 150lbs wife who fit perfectly in the chair. Heres where the major issue came in The material, though looking nice was very rough feeling. Not soft or gentle against the skin on her arms and legs. She also complained that there was an odd odor coming from the chair. Our daughter, 57 180lbs, sat fine in the chair as well, but also claimed the material was rough and not comfortable and she too smelt an odd odor as well. I told them that it could just be the packing material which contained a large plastic bag, thin plywood inside the cardboard box and may need to be aired out a while, but they both said it smelt like fish! I smelt it thinking they were being silly but it did put off a fishy odor. Though sort of faint, it was a fishy odor. We let it sit for a few days without any change and I needed to move it out of the house do to the smell being to much to deal with. Returning because we can not use it in this condition and even if the smell were to finally dissipate, the material is just to rough to be comfortable to relax in. Not super sturdy.
Very pleased! This recliner was a gift for my husband. He likes it and it is comfortable, but I wish the back could have been slightly higher, which was why I only gave it 4 stars. It doesnt support his head as well as previous recliners.
Very upset, I ordered the light grey tweed color and it looks like then sent me a darker grey/blue color, the whole reason I picked the light grey is because it looked like it would match the couch I just bought. Unfortunately the color is nothing like the picture. Contacted seller and waiting for a response. Overpriced.
It feels a little flimsy for me, however I am on the larger size. Its perfect for someone under 200 lbs and 58.
It does look nice, and its about what I expected. Assembly was a breeze. You may need two people, but I had no issues handling assembly by myself. It looks just as good as the picture and had no blemishes. Its ok but smaller than expected.
Solid and basic. I love my chairs, bought 2, they are great for my small space and were easy to assemble. The one issue is that the gray color has brown undertones. The color was not off enough to cause me to exchange.
Smaller than I expected. Great profile and comfortable for small space. Not for big people and not super long reclining profile but for the cost? Pretty aming chairsvery white grey color, fyi.
Looks nothing like the photo in the 360 back view. I literally bought it because the back of the chair looked neat and finished off well. So very disappointed. The back is visible at its location in my family room. The front of the chair however, looks like the photo displayed on site. This was a nightmare to assemble.
Purchased two of these chairs and have had them for about 1yr. Assembly was not bad, went together quite quickly. I am about 6 ft and I feel the chair to be comfortable for me. They are somewhat slender so these wont be for someone who is large in the waist region. The chair has clean lines and looking at it some people dont even notice that it reclines. My reason for three stars is that one of my chairs (pictured) had came slightly bent in the foot reclining area. This causes a gap when closed and something is catching when trying to recline, making it a little difficult to lean back and open. Other then that issue, the has held up well. We dont use them too much but they look nice. Money good to have.
Nice well made. I bought two of these, two days apart. First one came. It was easy to put together, comfortable, and looked good, so bought the second one. It came today. It was just as easy to put together, of course, and looks just as good, but the Velcro that holds the back to the bottom of the chair is missing. I improvised with black tape for the time being until I can attach some Velcro. Not big enough of an issue to make me want to hassle with returning it, but still disappointed.

Nice style at a good price

Well made, easy to assemble and useful. Easy to assemble, comfortable, good in corner. Its a little long from front to back
Looks nice, a little flimsy if you are big and tall.

Nice chair, but expect missing parts
