I like it. Shipping is fast, and the product are nice, it's not hard to put togethers. It's made by cardboard, but this is good price for it. Where has really wood for this pice? So it's good for me.
Substantial, lovely piece. Color exactly as expected/wanted. Came packed really well, all items present and accounted for, protected so nothing came damaged. Put it together myself in about 15 minutes. All the holes lined up and it went together very smoothly, and its not an overly complicated design, so easy peasy. Protect the surfaces with felt at the bottoms of decorative items and coasters--it does scratch, but overall a lovely and very sweet little table.
It looks lovely. There are of course some minor problems--at this price it'd be surprising if there weren't--but overall a great table. So the problems first--my daughter put her feet up in the bottom shelf for an hour or so while watching tv and the veneer started to peel at the edge. Also the top surface scratches super easily--but if from the get go you treat it like a delicate piece, it ought to last for you--e.g. don't allow anyone to put feet anywhere near it, use felt pieces on the bottoms of vases, candle holders or other items that are decorative, as well as coasters, to prevent scratches (in our experience thus far the finish does not seem to be easily damaged from moisture--that's a good thing--but it never hurts to be careful). Now the positives--It was packed really well, and all pieces arrived intact and undamaged. When building it, the holes all line up, and it went together super easily in less than 30 minutes for us (Most of it I did myself--it only took two of us to do it when it came time to flip it around, as its pretty heavy). Its heavy and feels substantial when you move it, and on my plain wood floor it moves easily and doesn't scratch the floor--again though, put some protection down there if its at all a concern. The lower shelf is absolutely fine holding a considerable weight from various text books that are currently being stored there, and isn't showing any signs of distress. The color is lovely and was exactly what we expected/wanted. Overall a pretty satisfactory purchase.
Two of the press board pieces have large bits broken out of the edge. Because it was packed very nicely and because the missing pieces were not in the box, I know it had to be sent like that. If it wasn't so heavy, I would return it. Pretty disappointed in the quality of this. . .
I needed a sturdy table between the recliner and the wall in our sports watching with huge TV formal living room that has a configuration that makes furniture placement a challenge. The recliners have to be placed in opposite corners at an angle, facing the TV, so I have a size and shape restriction, and also needed the table to hold a lamp, remotes, and a drink. This fits perfectly. This color is perfect as well. The new recliners are a deep wine/burgundy leather and this table practically matches. I originally only ordered one to see how I liked it. My husband insisted that I order a second table for the other recliner. Who am I to argue, especially at this price for solid wood?
ASSEMBLY REQUIRED! It literally comes in pieces of wood and screws. Be prepared to build it. I was actually expecting it to be half built or something but it wasn't. When it's finished and built right it's really nice and sturdy. The drawers don't have the metal sliders so they aren't the best otherwise it was a really nice addition to my room.
This is a great table for a narrow space! I was pleasantly surprised at the solidness of the table. Plus it was very easy to assemble. I'll be ordering another!
The picture is rather accurate, in fact, it looks prettier in reality. I tried to put it together myself, but couldn't, so I called in professional help- if you can get a couple of friends to help that might work too. But even with all his power tools and stuff, it took him a good hour and a half to put it together. My guess is not everyone will find it easy to assemble, so just keep that in mind before purchasing.
Also get a tube of wood glue, as some dowels may be loose.
During my attempts to assemble it on my own, the components suffered quite a few dings but surprisingly, the finished product had no scratches/paint chips, so I guess the material is resistant to minor damage, which is a good thing.
Finally, this is a handy thing to have as a nightstand or just a chest of drawers in a small apartment. Drawers are rather spacious and sturdy. Overall, I am glad I purchased it. Its good value for the money.

I had to prop the bottom shelf on something sturdy while I screwed it onto the legs, but that was my only (very minor) difficulty. It's very sturdy, and the drawers roll in and out very smoothly.
