I ordered (2) of these chairs and they look great and function just fine. My only grievance is that one of the chair legs was missing the stopper that screws into it so it left the chair uneven. I looked at the instructions as well as the boxes they came in for a 1800 number to call but there was nothing. I eventually just got online to find s customer service. They plan to mail me the piece that is missing. So for that I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. yes we like it.
