The second pack of chair was well packed. The seller made sure it is packed well . Not only that, the seller made sure the product is defect free. I got a replacement chair and also a refund back. What else do you expect. Love the chair!!
Beautiful chair. Very sturdy. Classy all the way!! Off gassing and VOC fumes are ruining my enjoyment. Itchy eyes, headache, nausea, etc... The factory has to do a better job with regard to this. Still have an odor after all this time.
