Its my fault for not reading the description well, but just know there is no insert. If I had realized that I would have bought a different pillow, as its not a great value.
I ordered two of these in off-white… they’re perfect. Then I ordered two more - same color - and they’re brighter white (not ideal) and a less realistic material. I’ll be sending the second batch back and have ordered two more, hoping to match the first batch.

Soft and fluffy
Easy to fluff and look beautiful. Back side is velvety soft. Zipper is good quality and positioned away from the fur so it doesn’t get caught.

Fluffy? Yes. Luxury soft? Not a chance. They are not rough, but no where near soft.
