All I need is a relacement of the 2 brackets that hold the basket on No other problems noted. Please let me know when these will be replaced. Im not sure that it is even worth it to return the broken ones. It appeared that they were broken in transit
I purchased this for a family member. Its a great product, its better looking than an electrical wheelchair. Coworkers at the office loved it, they even want to get one, they like the fact that its very compact even to use in tight spaces. Its great to take to the mall, and dont have to look for a rental wheelchair or rental scooter. It will pay by itself in a few months. Its compact enough to carry in any trunk, and the battery has a great range. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to look cool, and at the same time make it easier to move almost anywhere.
We just received it today. Our son put it together with ease. It was roomier than I thought it would be. The arms were adjustable to suit me. It does everything it states. It can be disassembled and reassembled in a matter of minutes. I may have more to say after weve had it for awhile, for now its a 5 star.

Battery lasts a long time. We did charge it every night but ran it many times from the Excalibur and Mandalay Bay with no problems. We also take it on our RV outings with our RV group. So glad we made the purchase.
I bought this scooter 6 months ago for a cruise I just completed this week. I really struggled with problems in the first months that should have been more detailed in the troubleshooting section in the manual. It took several calls with different techs to resolve my problems. I was very concerned about cruising with the scooter. I can not begin to tell you how hard it was used. In New Orleans and in Mexico it traveled over very rough streets like a Jeep. I havent had it that long so I am hoping it last awhile longer. But so far I have never ran out of power and the speed was more than enough to get me up all the ramps on a cruise ship. I expected to buy a different and bigger size for outdoor activities but am going to try this little toughie for now.
I weigh 250 lbs. and this little scooter works great. To be as small as it is my weight doesnt slow it down. Ive rode hard.
Ive used it as much as long as 6 hr.s at the park up an down hills on paved paths and it still had almost 1/2 charge.
Its scary buying expensive goods sometimes. We got this for a specific event and it exceeded expectations. Its pretty fast and will go all day on a full charge. It might even literally run all day on a charge. But attending a convention, there was a lot of driving it and it only showed a slight discharge.
The break in suggests going to full charge and running it until it gets to half charge. We rotated through family members playing on it every afternoon for a week to get it to half charge.
