Its easy to assemble, and the bed is very strong, but the number 1 and 11 screws are missing when assembling. I hope the manufacturer can add one, but I havent received it until now. I had to find a mismatched one and install it first. yes we like it.
Its a nice sturdy bunk bed for the money. It had one minor scratch, which is pretty impressive considering it is such a soft wood. Just be aware the max wieght for the top bunk is 165 pounds. I wiegh 170 and it held me fine. My only real complaint I have is the instructions should be more clear and as every other review said, make sure you set back atleast 3 hours for assembly. Very easy to set up!
This is a terrific bed for a pre/teen boy who is excited to be able to have friends sleep over after a long year+ of quarantine. It was relatively easy to put together and looks very nice assembled. Very nice color, a sophisticated dark charcoal gray.
You do need a thinner mattress on the top bunk or the rails will not be that effective. We have a thicker twin mattress on top that came from a previous bed, and so there is not much holding the child in. Due to that, the top bunk may not be as safe with a thicker mattress if you have a younger child who may roll out. For a bigger kid, not such a big deal.
Overall, were pleased with the bed, and our son is thrilled to have company overnight again! This was a nice way to celebrate the retreat of the pandemic, and also acknowledge our son for all hes had to give up in the past year plus. Really good.
I bought these beds for my daughters. My husband and I assembled the beds. Make sure you have everything laid out and organized before you start. If you have a power drill even better. Must be very patient! The headboard pieces are a bit on the thinner fragile side so try not to drill too hard because it will crack. Other than that its a giant puzzle and will take hours. About 5 or 6 hours. Once its done and built its sturdy. The 9 yr old uses the top bunk and the 13 yr old the bottom. Perfect for them. Works great!
This bed was inexpensive, and was delivered fast. The instructions to put it together are easy to follow, and the bed is super sturdy! I was really impressed. To top it off, its a very attractive piece of furniture. I bought it for a 4 year old, but I think it will last him until he graduates! VERY happy with this purchase. Great price too! Very pleased!

And its the only thing, the screws on the outside of the bunk bed wood has zero covering so it is silver screws on white wood its so tacky. I assume they sell covers for dumb design. Other than that we are happy with the purchase Solid and basic.

Then we didnt anticipate three of the parts would be missing. Customer service was great and fulfilled the needed parts quickly. Note: might want to have an extra Allen wrench on hand, one was provided but two would make assembling the bed faster. Nice well made.
