Looks good but So So product

The wooden support slats are not sturdy enough and some weren’t long enough. They eventually broke. Had to get sturdier wooden slats from Home Depot

Amazing bed frame except for trundle

This bed is amazing, the queen part fits me my dog and my boyfriend (400) however my twin trundle piece has broken within the first month (I purchased in September) the wood has split all on the side and I can’t find a way to fix it so I try not to use it which stinks :/

    Arrived stained

Cute bed but disappointed that it had stains on it. It’s a bit hard to message seller directly.

Color is not as listed or as pictured

I ordered the teal but the color is actually more of a Tiffany blue. Its nice and I am keeping it because it still works for my purposes, but it is definitely not the color listed or pictured.

    Good value

Inexpensive, but nice quality. Assembling was a bit of a pain but still doable. Some of the slats didnt quite reach across so I had to angle in the screws to get them all attached. Now that its all together, its a nice addition to our spare room.

    Great product. Crappy instructions

Overall I am super happy now that it is put together. I suggest reading the instructions all the way before starting. Also, absolutely nothing is labeled so there is some guesswork. The pictures provided are not exceptional. I suggest a drill for some of the screws. You can use a screwdriver but it is a pain and there are not set holes for everything. I was only missing 1 screw in the entire set and a small part of the back was torn but not an issue for me. A second person is also a lot of help since it is so big. The trundle isn’t secured to the bed itself so that could be good or bad depending on you. It seems like it will be really secure and last a long time. My queen bed is really freaking heavy/dense and it’s holding it really well.

    Pretty, but not as pictured.

First, I love our bed frame. However, it isn’t exactly as pictured. I ordered the light gray, and it’s a bit darker and the shape is less clean than the image. The tufting is also wider than pictured. All that aside, it was easy to assemble and has been easy to clean with little kid mess that happens.

Mismatched Side Panels, Missing Bolts, and No Instructions

I was given 2 dark grey side panels and 2 light grey when I ordered the light grey velvet bed. There was a small tear in the corner of the headboard. There were 8 missing bolts to hold the slats into place so I had to purchase more elsewhere. Assembly instructions werent provided so I had to find them online on the manufacturer website. All in all, the bed is sturdy and the material is soft and the color is pretty.

    I’m happy

The bed arrived in 5 days as advertised, on time (they gave me a two hour window), carefully handled and well packaged. No damage at all, not one spot of dirt, and all required pieces were present except the caps that go on the bottom of the center bar. I assembled the bed myself in less than 2 hours, made possible by the fact that it is lighter than I expected. The instructions were clear. I’m skipped the Allen-wrench that came with it and used my drill with a Phillips-head bit. Worked fine and didn’t strip the screws. All screw holes were placed correctly. Headboard, side, and foot pieces all went together easily. Assembling the mattress supports was a breeze, except one side piece wouldn’t fit. Fortunately, there were two spares that came with it and one of those fit just fine. If anything goes wrong over the next couple of months, I’ll update. For now though, I’m quite happy.
