I really like the tree but the lights dont function as expected and I was unable to register the warranty online.. If you are looking for a with good customer service forget this one! I have called and emailed, left messages, etc. for over a month and NO ONE responds!
I must admit I was skeptical when I saw the size of the box that a tree of the dimensions I had seen when I ordered it could actually fit in that small a space, but it does. My question now is: Will I be able to get it back in the box when it comes down?
The tree was relatively easy to put up. Working together, my wife and I had it up, filled out fully and lit in under 30 minutes, most of that time being used to pull the smaller branches down to give it the desired volume and look. Unlike other lighted trees Ive had, where the lights from one section plug into the lights of the section below it, then the bottom section plugs into the wall, this has a power cord with receptacles for each of the three sections, so you do have to pay attention to where those outlets are as you assemble the sections.
The only thing I dont know at this point, is will it shed needles as rapidly as other trees Ive had, and there is no way to know that yet.
When you take it out and put it together, you must FLUFF, FLUFF, and FLUFF some more. This is tedious, but the tree looks full and realistic when this is done! I do wish that there were more of the “real feel” branch tips, but I’m certain that would add to the cost of the tree substantially. The ratio of “real feel” tips to flat tips is probably 40/60, with the real feel tips being positioned towards the outsides and top of the tree to be more prominent.
The light features are fantastic and fun. The variety allows me to have the “rainbow lights” on for my young son, then switch over to the white twinkle mode after he goes to bed for my enjoyment. There are 10 different light settings and although I can’t imagine using them all, it is nice to have the option. The slim profile fits well in small spaces. I often see slim trees and the dimensions appear unbalanced, but this tree does not.
Now, my two gripes. One, the stand is subpar and the tree wobbles slightly, even after tightening everything down. A minor annoyance, but one exists nonetheless. Two, the connectors appear to be proprietary to the manufacturer. I’m trying to find a tree topper I can use, but it has to be the same brand in order to use the plug with the tree since they are not your standard plug/outlet. I have not found a tree topper I like from this brand yet, and may have to settle with getting a battery operated one.
I was looking for a skinny tree with color and white light options that didn’t cost a fortune. This meets those expectations.
Pros:
Easy to assemble.
Reasonably full after fluffing.
Those lights! I absolutely love the pastel purple/Green/white lights <3
Cons:
Thin wires with weird connections.
On the hairy edge of realism.
Could use more light options.
I was really disappointed when I opened the box and assembled it. It looked really sparse, and some of the branch styles looked cheap, but after some fluffing, it looked pretty decent. I still wasn’t really sold until I saw the pastel lights and most of the lighting options are nice and subtle, no in your face blinking.
Overall it meets my needs.

The tree arrived pretty quickly. We just put it up after Thanksgiving. I’ve only fluffed it out a bit, we’ll really take our time this weekend. My husb had no issues putting it together in a matter of minutes. We are very happy with this purchase. I’ve attached a couple of pictures of what it looks like before we decorate. Absolutely recommend.
I love this artificial tree.
However, it was not delivered in the timeframe promised when I bought it. It did arrive in plenty of time for the holidays.
The middle section of lights is broken. I had to use my own for the middle section.
I contacted the company and I can request a new middle section/new lights in January-March 2021.
The tree was basically perfect. Easy to assemble and fluff the only thing is it smelled a little weird when we took it out of the box and when fluffing it, our hands felt waxy. Aside from those things, it’s a great tree.
Given some of the reviews I was unsure how real these branches would look. Immediately after opening the box I could tell I had worried for nothing. The branches are beautiful. Yes, the branches closer in to the trunk are constructed differently, but you dont really notice it.
Setting up and shaping the tree was very easy and the 4.5 ft size is perfect, especially when put on a 12 high crate or table. The free is small and lightweight and will be easy to store and tote around.
All the lights work and the foot switch is easy to operate, running through all ten functions: steady warm white, twinkle warm white, steady multicolor, twinkle multicolor, steady pastel, fading warm white to multicolor, random fading, fading warm white, fading multicolor, flashing warm white to multicolor.
Preventing the 5th star in my rating: the light functions do not include solid colors: green blue, red, purple, or being able to transition thru solid colors: green fading to blue, fading to red...etc. I was expecting this but probably just got mixed up with the several trees I looked at before purchasing.
Also - while the stand is extremely easy to assemble, the design - a single eye bolt to hold the tree in place - means youve got to REALLY tighten it to prevent the tree from leaning. (REALLY husband with some big pliers). I may need his help again when it comes time to loosen this eye bolt. A better design might have been to have four eye bolts.
Finally, no fuses were included in the packaging, but in their place were two black plug-like plastic pieces (no references to them in the instruction sheet). I have sent feedback to the seller to see if they can send us the fuses.
All in all I really LOVE this tree and hope to have it for several years. It will be nice not to wrestle our old 6.5 footer in and out of the house any longer!

It’s a nice decent tree! Not the same tree in the photo to purchase that tree is MUCH fuller. This tree on the slim side compared to the one in photo
