Delivery of this item was horrible! Would not bring it down the stairs to my front door, much less in the house! My 411 daughter and myself (w/a bad back) had to figure it out. Not a cool experience. Overall you got what you paid for.
I have never bought a couch this expensive before (750 after tax) so spent a lot of time researching. We wanted a couch pit, or a giant couch we could sprawl out on, that our baby couldnt easily roll off of, and was 100 x 90. This was a perfect.
Arrived about a week late. Trucking company called me the day before to make sure Id be home. Big semi pulled up, and the driver wheeled the pallet onto the sidewalk. It was in two packages tightly wrapped together on the pallet. Tons of plastic wrap and foam wrap, and everything was perfect. No dust, no mold and all the parts were zipped inside the bottom of the couch. The two parts lock together nicely, and the head rests snap in. Ottoman screwed in no problem, and took me about 15/30 min to get everything set up.
This is the hot rod of couches. Modern, sexy and well made. Well worth the money, even if it is more expensive than my first car. Its far nicer than my first car. The ottoman tucks away nicely when company is over, and is super easy to pull out taking about 3 seconds to set up. It fits tightly against the couch creating a giant bed sized couch that you could fit 3/4 people on. The headrests move, which was a surprise. Laid down flat I can set plates, drinks, phones and books on it. Or adjust it to whatever angle I want to support my head. The end is great for putting a tray, and the other end has a soft arm rest thats nice to sit on. It is firm, and the frames are stiff, bit the cushions are soft and springy. The baby has a long ways to go from the corner to reach the edge, and Ive slept on the couch almost every night for the past 6 weeks. I can sprawl out like never before, and theres still room for more! Fabric is some type of pleather, seems pretty solid. My dogs nails did into a bit so I put a blanket on his side. Its super easy to clean, and send water proof. Ive washed it off many times and dont see how it could possibly rub off like another reviewer mentioned. No dust, no mold, all clearly brand new material.
I love this couch. So much that I brag about it, which I never thought Id do about a couch. Everyone who sees it raves about how nice it is. World be perfect in a swanky club. Im a very proud owner.

I think it looks awesome, I read all the negative reviews about the damaged delivery but I think that they mustve changed something in the packaging because mine was so well packaged and the delivery truck took care of it with all the labels on it. Well made. Good price.
This BRAND NEW sofa came with 2 tears! I figured I could maybe patch it up. Originally, I thought that many of the parts were missing, but the seller contacted me shortly and informed me that the rest of the parts were underneath the sofa in a zipper compartment. Nice looking sofa. If it would not be for tears, I would give it five stars. Hope to improve in the future
We bought this for our movie theatre and it is perfect! love the ease of extending it. It does show any kind of dust but is easy to wipe! Cute and good quality
The back side of the couch caved in after a month of use. Its still a functional couch but were disappointed that it did this. We contacted and never heard back. Well done, great delivery
This couch is lovely. It is soft and though it says faux leather, it has a leather smell and looks very nice. I did not realize that the two little black pillows came with this couch and was pleasantly surprised. There is a secret compartment inside of the bottom of one couch that has a zipper and will have all the parts to the couch like the legs, pillows, backrests, etc.
I plan to put a memory foam mattress on the bed when this couch is needed as a bed to add additional comfort. I am really happy with the appearance and functionality. It was built well. It took a bit of time to assemble and my husband got a decent size blister from putting it together. You may want to wear a glove because he did not realize the repetitive motion was injuring him until later on.
The issue I had was that it was torn on arrival and damaged in one spot and marked up in others. This was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I wish it arrived better but am happy with the resolve. The couch itself is a little masterpiece. It was worth it and I am happy with the end results. study and arrived as pictured!
The product is really good. Looks neat and sturdy but the setup instructions were a bit of a mess. There are no instructions just photos showing the setup. it was extremely difficult to setup the sleeper section of the sofa as we kept on guessing which part goes where. When the package arrived, a couple of parts were slightly disoriented and damaged but the customer service made us whole for that. in one line / good product, decent quality, inadequate setup instructions and reasonably responsive customer service. Very pleased with this purchase

Came TORN and MISSING Essential Parts
This BRAND NEW sofa came with 2 tears! I figured I could maybe patch it up.
