Honestly I was surprised as to how good the quality was and Im being honest for the price of this thing your getting way more than you would think this table is really sturdy and no it is not particle board if you think your getting something like you would get at bargain isle your wrong
This is a good looking, and easy to assemble coffee table. It is unique in that it has a table top that folds up, like one of the old fashioned school desks. This give you more storage for the various odds and ends (and remote controls) that accumulate. My son (16) put this together without much fuss at all. He does recommend using your own hex keys, as the supplied one is tiny to work with when assembling.
This table was extremely easy to put together and it looks great where ever you put it. It isnt heavy, but it isnt light enough to move without putting a small amount of conscience effort into moving it.
