Took about one hour to put the twin xl by myself, very easy. Sturdy, mattress slides a bit side to side, wish it had something in each corner to keep the mattress in place. Looks great, Id seen something identical a few weeks earlier for about $40 less but it sold out quick and this one has remained available, so appreciate that!
I received a broken box which none of the item was damaged but had the middle supports missing. I contacted customer service and they responded in 1 hour and sent the missing pieces immediately. The bed is stylish and sturdy. Love how it looks and was easy to put together
It arrived broken after waiting 3 weeks and late. The accent piece was broken when we went to open the box. We were unable to return it because the bed frame was too large for our car to get to UPS and we do not have a working printer to have it picked up.
We decided to build it anyway and see if it was sturdy enough for us to sleep on and replace the accent pieces with wood instead of the laminate covered cardboard. It did. We struggled a little assembling because some of the pieces werent labeled but once we figured it out assembly went fast. Wouldnt buy it if I had known. Im just beyond disappointed because I loved the look of it so much.
This bed frame is not only beautiful but also very sturdy. When we first received the bed frame, we were missing a piece but we contacted the customer service and they quickly jumped into action. Even after Fedex lost the part and another one had to be shipped, customer service went above and beyond. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I would buy from this company again in a heartbeat.
I purchased the king frame. On each leg there is padding that helps grip the tile floor and prevents sliding. The frame feels very sturdy and no squeaking. (I will revisit the squeakiness in a few months). Although there are parts of the assembly that would benefit an extra set of hands, it was easy to follow the pictures and do it myself. You will need an Alan (hex) key, the one provided is tiny and all screws require this tool. The only downside is that it would be helpful if the screws were numbered. It requires a little bit of trial and error to identify which screw to use. Ultimately, I am VERY satisfied with this frame. Ill follow up and let you all know how it holds up with adult activities.
I bought this for a spare bedroom and it arrived completely broken. It seems they whoever put the anchor screws in put them so tight that the particle board broke off. Its beyond repair. Straight to the trash with it. I will be contacting to see what can be done. Very disappointed with the quality
Headboard had a big dent in it and one of the screw holes was gouged out by that damage. Assembly directions not super clear, ended up assembling part of it upside down. After fully assembling, probably need to go back and tighten all screws once in a while. One rough night equals very loud creaking and the frame smacking the wall. Aesthetically, pleasing.
