The directions were pretty clear, the main support bar will install right side up, or down. Would be nice if the bar had a sticker indicating which way should be facing up, very difficult to tell by the pictures in the manual.
This product is horrible! After only having this bed for a few months, the legs underneath are literally bending. It makes SO much noise. Such a waste.
Very easy to put together and loved the option of different heights. We chose the higher option so we can use underneath the bed for storage. Looks fantastic!
Its an inexpensive, reliable frame that is very easy to assemble. Only downside is its not exactly quiet, if you know what I mean. But my boyfriend and I live alone so who cares for now right?! We bought a king frame and liked it so much that we got it in a queen for our guest bed.

Smaller than expected
