I wish there was more versatility in height. 2 different lengths of legs are included, but the bed is much lower than I like, even with the longer legs. Tried adding my box springmattress height was great, but you couldnt see the headboard in that configuration. Had to nix the springs and purchase multiple sets of bed risers due to there being 9 legs.
We have had the bed for 5 months and havent really enjoyed it. My only complaint would be how low to the ground it is. We have a Casper mattress, which I love, but its only 9 thick so the bed was so low to the ground since it doesnt use a box springs. I tried many different lifters but they show on this bed and all 9 legs are skinny so, Finally I figured out too buy a 4mattress pad and put under my mattress and its perfect.
So this thing was super easy to assemble. We liked it enough for a quick and cheap replacement. Wasnt bad then we noticed the Squeaking!!! This thing is LOUD! We have 3 children the Squeaking really put a damper on some of the activities for my husband and I. We have only had this thing 2 months and are already replacing it with a different bed just to avoid this issue. If you dont care about the Squeaking then I dont see why you shouldnt get this bed. I saw literally no other issues with it. Its a great bed just loud.
Very easy to assemble. Clear instructions, everything presorted for use. Would recommend someone help move the entire box, a bit on the heavier side. Feels sturdy and easy to move once assembled. I would buy again.
I was searching for a vintage style platform bed to replace our current one. This was the one I kept coming back to, so after a couple of weeks, I finally just bought it. I got a little overwhelmed when I saw all of the pieces and how big the box was. It was fairly simple to assemble, though! I did it on my own, with two kids and a dog distracting me half of the timeso I approve of the assembly process! My favorite part was that I didnt have to screw in EVER SINGLE slat like our previous bed. They just placed right into individual notches, then a stopper went on top, so they couldnt escape. I love the look of the final product. Its everything I was hoping for!
Very well made! Very solid and it has two heights that it can be set at which was really nice! It took my husband about thirty minutes to complete including getting it all out of the box and sorted. Everything he needed to put it together was in there. It looks great! We love it!
