Love the design and ease of assembly but its missing all the slats. Contacting the company for support is a joke. They insist on providing all the numbers from the label and then tell me they are wrong numbers. Even took a picture. So frustrating.
Company finally reached out by phone then email. The parts list in my order was different than parts list in the computer. Missing parts are on the way. Cant edit stars but I think now I would give them a 4.5!
Lets be very clear, that my husband and I are not petite people together were like 30 lbs shy of the weight limit of this bed. However, we decided to give it a shot and overall I am super impressed. We now have a 40 lb puppy that also sleeps with us, and the bed has held fantastically. My husband and I have also done the horizontal mambo on it as well, and nothing has malfunctioned. It just squeaks a lot now overall would highly recommend and would buy again!
Got this bed for my 12 yr daughter, who absolutely loves this bed. It took awhile to put together but overall pretty easy. Very sturdy bed, very pleased with the purchase, saved money ordering from rather than wayfair.
The product arrived on time and was packaged pretty well. It did take some time to assemble but as unexpected, the instructions were good! The metal is pretty thin, and I did have one pre/threaded piece strip out during instillation. Be sure that you do not fully tighten the screws until the bed frame is placed exactly where you want it, or the frame will not be level and will be whopper/jawed. As an FYI, this is a pain but necessary.
This bed was chosen to resemble beds used by a famous HGTV designer. Wow! Did it impress! Its a very upscale looking bed. Well worth the cost. Well made. Easy to assemble. Shipped fast and for free!!

Broke after a year and 3 months
One of the legs turned sideways and the internal screw pulled out. The frame is ruined after 15 months.
