They responded to my issue very quickly. Bunk beds are nice and sturdy. Since the part of the frame that the mattress lays on is not your typical bar slats, you dont need a bunkyboard or a bunk bed mattress.

I thought it was better quality This bed looks cute, and its well-made and strong once its put together. We are very happy with it. It also doesnt take up too much space in a smaller room. One thing is noteworthy regarding the ladder: the rungs on the ladder are narrow and possibly uncomfortable for adult feet to climb on. It also requires some mindfulness to climb up and down. We have it for our grandkids, and will give them some practice and guidance on safe climbing.
Excellent customer service I needed to purchase a 2nd set of bunk beds as our family keeps growing! Our children and grandchildren all visited us over the New Years Holiday. These bunk beds are sturdy and beautiful. It does come in many many pieces but if you know what youre doing you wont have a problem!
I would purchase again if need be!
