The computer desk arrived packaged thoroughly and quite heavy and it had about 15 or 16 pieces. I gave it 4 stars for assembly because the screws were not labeled. It took approximately 1 1/2 hours due to the fact you had to figure out the screws. Overall the desk is very sturdy and fashionable. The quality of the desk is surprisingly good and I am glad I purchased it. My boyfriend put it together alone with no help. The desk sits in a corner of my living room. Just enough space for my laptop, monitor and printer and I also have space for writing.
Im always leery about buying furniture made from particle board. Ive had too many experiences in the past with the stuff only lasting a couple of years before it turns to utter garbage. I get the feeling that wont be the case with this desk. The coating on the particle board is actually quite nice and durableI did not expect that.
The metal framing is solid and sturdy when put together. It is a modular design so its not going to support 500 pounds of weight, but it does just fine with my office setup. It has the right amount of desktop space and legroom I was looking for.
It went together easily enough, but I did have to use my brain a few times when putting it together because its easy to get the screws mixed up (there are 3 types that all look the same but have different lengths). I didnt realized I used one in a wrong spot until I was putting on the very last piece and things werent working correctly. Oh well.
The instructions suggested not using a drill as the desk came with an Allen wrench and a screw driver. I would strongly suggest that if you have a hand held ratcheting screwdriver to use that. It saved me way more time. If you dont have one but want to consider buying one, theyre fairly cheap and well worth the investment (Im not cross promoting, just offering up useful tips).
Items arrived well packed, which is fortunate since, as in the photo shown, one side of the box had come open by delivery. Fortunately nothing had fallen out and although there was some minor cosmetic damage to the two end pieces (another end of the box was crushed) these were easily hidden.
Assembly took about an hour, but instructions and labeling were clear and we had no problems putting it together. The desk seems well made and looks very nice. We were glad to see that the upper shelf was sturdy enough to hold multiple monitors since this was a primary reason for purchase. This also put them at a good height for use.
The one drawback is that the bottom shelves, at least one of which we planned to use for a computer tower, did not seem adequately supported for something that heavy. As a result we set up both computer towers next to the desk and plan to use the shelves for lighter storage of things like external hard drives, headphones, etc.
Thanks to other reviewers for including photos in their posts as this was enormously helpful when we were trying to find a desk to fit our space.
Also, although shipping can be an uncertain thing, we were pleasantly surprised that this desk arrived a week earlier than indicated
Its an inexpensive, basic needs desk. Overall I like the desk for the price, but it has a very strong musty smell. Not sure if its due to a storage issue on their side or if its the materials in the unit. Im hoping the smell goes away after a while. I contacted the company and they suggested to put it in the sun, which is not an option.
I love everything about my desk. It is nice and wide and has a shelf so I can put stuff underneath as well. It works perfectly for me. I had no issue putting together and did it all by myself. I bought in White and put a piece of plexi from Home Depot over the desk to avoid scratching, wear and tear etc.
Look i know there are a lot of fake reviews sometimes when ur trying to buy a product but trust me this isnt fake this is a super good desk. it fits all my electronic stuff and was also super easy to build. the box it comes in came pretty banged up but everything was still inside i highly recommend this desk
Alright, so Im not the most handy person nor am i that great at following instructions, but with another person helping I was able to get this desk together in about 45mins to an Hour. (Most of that time was spent making sure we had all the materials, which we did).
This desk is incredibly sturdy, especially after all the metal parts are assembled. Its a big desk! Beautiful color and materials.
The package came in with a little bit of damage but it was a very heavy package and Im sure it was a b**** to ship and handle.
My only grievance with this desk is that i didnt get it sooner.
Im able to fit a 21.5 MacBook and a 28 Samsung monitor on the top shelf. Very spacious bottom shelf. I would recommend this desk to any gamer and or content creator.
Just have a friend help you. Cheers.

Great desk, manual need to change
Its a great desk, but the last 3 steps on the manual need to be change, so I did want to take apart what I did so I had to leave 2 things off.
