Very happy with this fan.exactly as described. It is on the second level,loft area. Quiet and moves air nicely,got the grey. Energy efficient and good price point.
I have installed many fans over the last 45 years and I give them one a thumbs up. If the motor windings are strong it should last for many years. The capacitor is easy to replace and the blades appear to be better balanced from the factory. I laugh but it took them 45 years to finally include some extra screws in an emergency kit. Most people, including me will drop 1 blade screw and cannot find it. The extras save the day. It saves the companys 800 number from being calledsaves money makes stock holders happy !!!!
