The couch is good for the price. Assembly is really straight forward and tools are basic. The couch is comfortable enough but could be better. The pillows come in a ziplock, so once they come out it is super wrinkly. Overall for my first couch, it is a good purchase.
Omg buy this you wont be sorry At first I had a few issues with the couch. The company reached out to me and is willing to refund me the full amount and have since then improved the quality of the couch. I appreciate a company that handles any dissatisfaction.

Directions were not easy to follow, pictures needed arrows and description of each item to where it goes. A screwdriver was provided to assemble sofa. Once I got it together, it looked nice.

Recently, some very naughty children were jumping on my couch and broke the back supporting piece. (You could hear the broken wood every time you sat back, and you sunk in further than you were supposed to.)
Now Im very shy about contacting the sellers. But I thought what the heck, why not? I wanted to ask if I could order the parts I needed to replace or if this was the end of my new favorite couch.
I was so glad I contacted the seller. They were super friendly and answered my question in a timely manner. Not only were they able to send out my replacement parts, but shipping was unbelievably fast.
I deeply appreciate that they were friendly, every step of the way and that they were able to send me what I need at no cost. :) 10/10 would highly recommend. 100% satisfied. Exceptional customer service.

Its a sturdy couch, and I like the design of it, but it is way smaller than I expected. Its not very comfortable.
