They responded to my issue very quickly. Ive been using this chair for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints. I like that the it goes higher than my previous chair. I normally raise chairs to the highest level and didnt need to on this one.
I thought it was better quality I really like this chair and the blue color is beautiful. Its relatively comfortable but sitting all day in it isnt the best. The only thing I dont love is that it has a bit of a chemical smell.
