This is excellent for pet bunnies.

I have a large Red Eye White bunny. We keep a cage (always open with water bottle and newspaper bedding) and his litter box inside the play pen. I have a very large kitchen with ceramic floor that looks like stone and have a rough surfaace. We bought a second pen that we split into 2 lengths (5 panel and 6 panel) to close the exits on two end of kitchen. Acts like a baby gate but is so much better. These two sections are self supporting as the panels are angled supporting each other. We leave the playpen open all day until we go to bed. Our bunny knows its bed time and close the pen gate. We clean the buunys playpen and kitchen floor every weekend with broom and small shop vac. Easy peasy! Had many bunnies over the years and these playpens are awesome. Being creative r cover makes the best use of them. They can be more than just a pen. I didnt get the cover/top as we dont use outside (as a cover) or for the floor (bunnies like to chew and dig) as my ceramic floor works best.

It was great...until my ferret climbed out

This product worked perfectly for three weeks. My ferrets were able to free roam in and out of the cage at will. It wraps around the Ferret nation cage perfectly and left plenty of room for their playthings. Then one day, my little jill- who has climbed over, under, around, and through every barrier, wall, or boundary I have ever put her in - climbed out of this. She climbed up on the lower rung, then jumped up to the higher rung, and after that, she was over. Back to the drawing board. :(
