It was relatively easy to assemble. Very sturdy. The only thing keep it from a 4 is that the drawers dont attach to 1 end or the other which could be a plus.if you want to to be able to move them later. He loves it.
The drawers being on rollers on the floor makes it not the easiest to get the drawers back in straight all the time other than that its good. It could be made of thicker wood to make it feel like a better product It was easy.
My bedrooms styling has always been an afterthought in favor of spending decor money in parts of the house that are seen by others. But adults deserve pretty spaces too, even if were the only ones who see them!! Buy the headboard! It was so easy to put together, is pretty good quality, and really brings some much needed style to our bedroom after being plain for so many years. The price was perfect and the gray wash is a really nice color. There is one piece of particle board in the very center, but you cant even tell. Its against the wall and not climbed, so I dont see it being an issue at all. Great value. Very sturdy.
Only giving this 4 stars because one of the posts that supports the bed was NOT drilled on one side. Luckily I know my way around a drill and had access to some tools and was able to make and drill my own holes to finish the assembly of my bed frame. I looked over all the pieces very carefully and tripled checked to make sure that I hadnt skipped over it but I was correct in discovering that the piece must had not went through a QC before being packaged. I would feel bad for someone that doesnt have access to the tools or knowledge that I have. They would have to contact , go through the whole ordeal of getting a new piece sent and waiting for it to arrive to finish their bed frame. Please , double check the pieces before sending them out! I loved it.
This headboard looks beautiful, and you cant beat the price. Its difficult to assemble and requires special padding on the back, so be ready to McGyver it. But its worth it. My Nephew likes it,
This is WORTH every penny. Its very durable and sturdy, with that said it could be hard to put together for just one person. I would recommend more than one person putting it together because it is VERY heavy.
One thing someone might not like is the headboard does NOT have holes to attached to the frame. This was not an issue for me because its so sturdy it doesnt bump the wall when I move. Good!!
