This chair is a gorgeous pale pink color with soft, comfortable fabric. There was a hole in one area of the chair and so I made contact with the seller. They were quick to respond and offer me a partial refund if I wanted to keep it or a full refund to return it. I decided to keep it with the partial refund as it is still stunning and I am hoping to be able to repair the hole myself once I figure out the best way. I still think it was a great buy, especially for the price! yes we like it.

As a large item, returning it would be problematic, particularly as it is difficult to disassemble. To get an alternative would be another gamble.
These type of things are best bought offline where a better judgement can be made. Very easy to set up!
Seat much harder, stiffer than expected Fabric had permanent marking or creases as if someone ran their fingernails across it. I might try to steam it out. The chair doesnt go low enough for my short legs. Does the job.
Assembly was fine because husband is mechanically inclined
Im 5 2 and cannot touch floor with feet it does not go down far enough therefore also does not even fit under desk while sitting in it.
I did not like this chair when I first got it. Its pretty small and not a warm comfy chair but it is super cute and works well for Zoom sessions. Really good.
Ordered two chairs and they came promptly. Well packaged to protect chairs. Easy to assemble. They are beautiful and feel good to the touch. Larger casters would help them roll easier on carpet. On one of them the back and seat separated at the back. A screw pulled out. There was a mismatch on screw hole line/up so the assembler put a sheet metal screw in a machine thread hole and of course it did not hold. Not the sellers fault and they made it good with a replacement chair. A little WD/40 on the caster shaft makes installing the casters a whole lot easier. Works great!
