Overall the bed it worth the money! It pretty sturdy. The braces that go on the bars that hold the mattresses are great. I was originally worried that this bed didnt have a post in the middle of the bottom bunk to support the mattress, but it doesnt need one. Our bottom mattress is actually a double sided mattress that is like 8 inches tall. It fits great. My only complaint is the warning label on the top bunk Its HUGE. And impossible to get off But I expected it from the previous reviews. I would buy again!
I got the black bunk bed and it looks nice. It took around 2 hours to assemble and the price was affordable. Since I got a good price on the bed i decided to get them nice pillow top mattresses but the pillow top was too high for the top bed and is at the same height of railing so I had to get a bed wedge so my daughter doesnt fall off bed. My 3 daughters use it and they like it. The 7 yr old and 2 yr old sleep on full bed and the 5 yr old on top twin. The bed is wobbly when they go up the ladder so its probably not a good idea to put anybody too heavy on top Go for it!
Well made easy to assembly and sturdy I purchased this bed for guest and my grandchildren . The only problem is the pillows constantly slip off the bed on the bottom bunk . This really upsets my grandchildren and have called out to me all times of the night as they lost their pillows and stuffed animals. My daughter suggested buying one of the thicker pool noodles and placing under the head of the mattress .Gonna try this soon. Great for small spaces.
