I was reluctant to make this purchase because so many reviews mention wobbling and squeaking. We put the bed together in about 2 1/2 hours and it doesnt make a sound. We used a square bit in our cordless drill instead of the allen wrench that was included and it worked out perfectly. 9 year old says she has the best room in the house . Everyone is happy. LOVE LOVE LOVE
It came a day early, was pretty easy to put together. One piece had a little scratch on it but no biggie, it happens. One screw out of all of them wouldnt line up but there were 3 others around it. It was packaged very well, each piece was nicely labeled with a letter and the side with letter went up (letter itself could be larger). I would definitely recommend, daughter loves it and I climbed up there myself and wasnt worried. and came earlier than expected
Happy I went with this version instead of a cheaper one. The metal support beams seem a lot thicker than the other ones I was looking at and I am very satisfied with the quality. Assembly took just over an hour and its everything I hoped for. Room for my own small desk + the one it comes with and a rolling chair. This is awesome!

Cons:
Takes a long time (and 2 people) to put together. Expect 2/3 hours of work and frustration.
Hard to change sheets
Rails are welded into frame / cannot be removed
Difficult to get out of / ladders hurt feet
Desk is small, shelves are short
All in all, most of the problems I have are with the design idea, not so much with this specific brand/product. I would only suggest this if you are really desperate to save room. Also, consider the idea that to get into and out of bed every day, you will have to climb a really thin ladder. Its not bad its just not great.
