I was skeptical of the product due to the price, but I have to admit that it is comfortable to sleep on. We replaced a very expensive traditional mattress with this one and have no regrets. This mattress is longer than the previous one. Our sheets fit, but are easy to pull off the corners. The edges seem to have less support, but overall, it sleeps great and we should have purchased this much sooner. This is a no-brainer purchase if you have a worn out mattress or need one for a guest room.
Easy set up on a platform frame. Received the mattress this morning and it appears to be fully expanded within a very short time. It is a very nice looking mattress and has little to no smell. I did have windows open in the bedroom to dispel any residual smell, but honestly there was none. Waiting full 48 hours before testing it out. It is for a guest room. At this point it is super firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. I think it could use a soft topper.
48 hour UPDATE: Still super firm, did not become softer. Bought a Serta 3 topper. While it adds some cush, you can still feel the firm support of the mattress. I have slept on it 3 nights (2 with topper). It is better with the topper, but still too firm for me. This is not the first bed in a box we have purchased. We have a Lull mattress which is fantastic. This is for a guest room so didn’t want to spend as much.
UPDATE: Customer service seems to be on top of things. I am very impressed. They reached out to me to work with me to resolve to my satisfaction. Emma was my customer service rep who kept me informed through resolution. I would say this is a company that stands behind their product and wants their customers to be satisfied. If you are looking for a very firm mattress don’t hesitate to try this one! I am updating my stars to reflect the positive experience and am taking one star off for the high level of firmness that should be listed in the description.

This mattress was super convenient as it shipped quickly and came in a box that was easier to move around than a regular queen mattress but it is not 12 inches as advertised even after sitting for 4 days. As seen in the pictures it’s really just over 10 inches so if depth is an issue regarding your headboard be aware. It is very comfortable and appears to be several different layers of foam stacked and encased in a soft blue and white covering. The top layer is soft and has a lot of give and the layers below are comfortably firm. I think it will be lovely to sleep on.
This is a great mattress. Only have had it for 3 months but so far it does its job. The first month was more firm but as time progressed it got softer. I hope it stays in a good firm and can last awhile.
I’ve bought 2 of these mattresses. The first one expanded to the 12. My second one only expanded to 10 1/2. I tried contacting the vendor twice but received NO response.
Nothing is perfect but I am really happy with this mattress. I was worried about getting a mattress in a box but I sleep much better since we got it. I wake up with a lot less pain than I use to. I am 81 and full of arthritis. It was a bit of a struggle to set it up but only because of my age. My 84 year old husband with a bad back did help me set it up but I could have done it by myself. We set it up in the afternoon and slept on it that night. It hadnt fully inflated but it was fine. Couple days later after it fully filled out it became a bit firmer. I think it is a great mattress for the money. We got the 8 so maybe that is why it was easy to set it up. The thicker ones might be a bit harder.

Great value for the money.
Beautiful mattress, but could be firmer. Not bad for the money and better than what we had. The only thing that I would change was the firmness.
Order a twin received a full.
Even though I ordered a twin but got a full. We decided to keep. We got a twin over full bunkbed for my son. It works great for the bottom bunk.
