Nice chair, comfortable, looks good and works well. Easy to assemble. BUT, the wheels fall off repeatedly. Even while Im sitting in it. One slips off, then the other. Its really annoying. I had high hopes with this chair and was really exited once I assembled it, then the wheels keep fall off. It has scratched my nicely refinished floor. Not even sure that it is 100 genuine leather, or leather. Anyway, Im not sending it back but be aware if you want to buy this one.
UPDATE: I got the wheels to stay on finally! It took some force and muscle to push them into the socket, and now they are in and staying on. LOL! Leather is real its soft and comfortable. Do recommend it if you are looking for a stylish and practical desk chair.
Beautiful is not enough to describe it, this chair looks sophisticated and professional! It is also very comfortable and easy to assemble, the instructions are crystal clear. I was not sure about the black and rosegold combination but it turned out perfect i am now adding touches of rose gold to the office, it is looking great, i love it.
Ive had this desk about a month now and havent had any issues. It took about an hour to assemble it and the instructions were decent. It works great and moves up and down with ease. The memory buttons are nice to have. Considering the price, Im pleasantly surprised! Hope it lasts
I bought this chair for my wife. She loves it. I will be adding different wheels, although there is no issue with wheel that come with the chair. She likes the wheels I put on my chair (Inline skate style wheels).
After 3 years, the pneumatic adjustable height swivel seat gave out. The chair has otherwise held up. There are no tears or scuffs on the LeatherSoft material.
However, for me, the chair is now unusable. It cannot reach an appropriate height for my desk. It sits *very* low without the adjustable height. If the chair cost less, I would rate this at 4 stars for holding up for 3 years. But because the chair costs 189 at full priceI am disappointed and will be giving it 3 stars overall for durability issues.
Ive only had chair for a week but Im so glad I purchased it. Its not only cute and stylish but its extremely comfortable too. I work from home and I would suggest getting the high back chair which is intended for sitting for extended periods and I know its more expensive but it worth every penny.

This is a very comfortable chair for long office hours. Easy to assemble took around 4045 mins. Using this for last 3 months no complains so far.
