Gorgeous chair! Exactly as described, came without damages. Looks beautiful in my home office. Was fairly simple to put together. I searched online for office chairs for many many hours before deciding on this one and I am not disappointed. Arms are a great height,it leans back and spins 360*. I moves up and down with ease. My husband who is 61 230lb uses it also and finds it very comfortable. The material is soft and supple. The is a great modern look with the shiny chrome base. It has been bumping into our wooden desk since we have had it and I keep thinking that I will find some scuff marks but so far it seems very durable and is holding up well. Weve had it now for about 3 weeks. I will update this review in about 6 months if anything has changed. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy this again.

This chair looks nice and is very comfortable. I really wish it came with a gold finish instead of chrome, but for the price you cant get everything you want. It came packed well and delivery was quick and easy. I put this together in about 45 minutes. I used a ratchet screwdriver instead of the Allen wrench provided. Many people said that the castors were hard to pop in, but they popped right in for me. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons first, the holes on the right side of the chair did not line up well. I would have had this chair put together much faster if it wasnt for this. After some trial and error, I had to complete the left side first (back and arm) in order to be able to pull the pieces together tight enough to make the holes line up on the right side. Even then it was a struggle. The other reason is that it can with a slight tear on the very back of the seat piece. It was covered once the back was put on, but it does raise concerns about the longevity of the chair. This is for a home office with limited usage, but I think if my dogs jump on it, it may tear. I will update this review if there are any issues. Overall, not a bad piece. Slightly overpriced for the issues. This was my first time putting a chair together.
update Although the size of this chair is great for me at 5 tall, my husband mentioned it being a little small for him. The seat is narrow and short. Not something I noticed, but he wouldnt be comfortable all day in it. He also noticed lots of ways to adjust the chair I didnt realize you could adjust the lumbar support!
Very well made, I have not seen a product made in china in the last 20 years that is such heavy construction, could pass for made in America, easy to assemble, putting the back on is the trickiest part, but if you spread the two pieces of steel on the back part with your hands to open them up just a hair it goes on easier.
I give it 2 stars because it is a very cute chair. I am not sure if it is real leather or not but it feels soft. I would like to know for sure. It arrived with some dirt spots and 2 fairly large scratches on the upper front part of the seat where your shoulders touch. I have asked for a replacement and hope the next one is not scratched.
I bought this chair as a Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived earlier than the quoted time so he was able to open it on Christmas day. He was so excited he put it together immediately; took less than an hour. He loves it and it compliments his office perfectly!

The silver round tips that are the very last step of the build are cheap plastic and broke. Other than that great chair.
