When I received the box it was just a little damaged, and when I opened the box and removed the top of the chair there two small split tears near the top lateral part. I love the look and durability so far. Just the little tears were disappointing.

I bought this to replace my gaming chair.
Although I used it for 2years, sitting on it too long makes the gaming chair uncomfortable because it pushes my head forward and make my neck and head hurt.
So I bought this basic one in black and gold.
This office chair is not really high back. Its reaches my shoulder level. Thats why I give it a comfort level of 5 stars. I dont want anything touching my head or neck.
My only problem is that the Gold is too intense. My apartment has hints of gold home decor. But the gold on this chair is way off. Its too bright.
Im keeping it because I dont like the chrome or black legs.
Ill just manage it.

Super soft and beautiful!! Better than I thought it would be actually as far as comfort. Easy to put together only took me 20 minutes. Very girly and I love it
