Love the bed but arrived damaged (deep scratch to the metal). Opened box too late to return, and tried to contact seller. Never heard back - I thought maybe they would at least be interested in knowing, and maybe a small discount... but I never got a response. Otherwise, the bed itself is cute and easy to put together.

Hard to put together. Bolts are all silver which stand out and look cheesy. Not very sturdy.
