The original-which was slightly damaged arrived in 24 hours! I contacted the company and they sent a replacement immediately! I will continue to do business with them and I suggest you do the same. Hats off to this company for their top-notch service
There are marks all over the metal. I called to see if they could replace it and they said that since it is from a third part seller, they cant do anything and to just return the item. Wanted to love it, but it is poor condition.
