The shipping company were amazing and keep you posted throughout the beds journey. However this almost perfect bed had holes in the box from being thrown around and one missing stud in the bed or tuft whatever youd call it, aside from that its a beautiful bed.
Such a great price for an amazing statement piece bedframe. The blue is lovely! Delivery was pretty simple (you have to be at home) and assembly wasnt too bad. The studs and tufts do not look fake - way better to get this bedframe here than Wayfair.
I love the style and quality of velvet of this bed. Im taking away one star because it arrived with one screw missing that was necessary for assembly. The color in the photo for the Cream shade also isnt accurate. Its lighter and warmer than the picture appears. More like a buttercream shade as opposed to a light flax-ivory. I do like the shade that is advertised better but its too much of a hassle to send the bed back. Ill make due. It is a beautiful and sturdy bed. It took about an hour 1/2 to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow.

labeled, just pictures, which is the only complaint I have.

The bed is beautiful and very elegant looking. The bed is well made, sturdy, and will for sure last. I love the polished chrome feet and the studs gives a classy feel to the product. It was easy to assemble. It took my husband and I less than 30 minutes to finish everything. There was a little damage in the back of the footboard; it looks like a forklift damage) but I decided not to return it because it cannot be seen anyway.
Initially I was going to make a DIY tufted headboard but then I saw this and knew i has to have. Its everything in more.. took long than expected to put up esp for just one person but still doable ... Ive gotten many compliments on it as well.. so far so good

Most important thing to know is to view ALL PARTS of the bed for defects before you assemble bed

Missing hardware
Love the bed, but some of the hardware needed to put it together was missing. I have to go to the hardware store to get the right size bolts.
