Customer support from this company was exceptional. Daughter and myself love this bed with how much space it gives in the room. You get what you pay for.. it is wobbly and a bit scary at times when she is getting in and out of bed. But over all.. love.
The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! I put this bed together on my own. Its study and easy to assemble. My favorite is that it does come with extra parts labeled extras just incase u drop or loose a piece. My dogs clean kennel fits under neath for our Golden to be with his boy but not in the bed. My son is 13 and loves it.

Good quality, looks fantastic Virtually everything lined up perfectly - a couple of holes on the desktop were off slightly but we made it work. Ive put together a LOT of unassembled furniture like this in 57 years, Ive never seen one so well engineered. Very impressed.

easy to assemble
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! Really love this bed. Did add pool noodle to stairs. But overall love it!

Simple, unique and elegant The sturdiness is amazing we had 10 little girls for a sleepover and we set it up quickly and so beautiful
