Missing some parts.....
I bought 2 weeks ago. When I am trying to fix a chair I didnt see a lots part... when I open bot see a little Scratch also.

a useful chair
like most chairs the you have to assemble, the last screw is a battle. If you have a power screwdriver with Allen head driver youll save your wrist.
