I bought this chair three years ago and only when I bought a different one did I realize how great it is. I had back pain immediately sitting in the other one. This one has never given me that issue.
The biggest problem with this chair (and the reason it doesnt get five-stars) is the seat cushion. Like other reviews have said, the cushion became uncomfortable to sit on after about a year. Ive taken to putting down a folded up blanket for extra cushion. Not ideal.
Still, the support I get with this chair is good enough for me to live with needing a cushion fix. Ive returned the new chair and will stick it out with this one.
Overall chair looks to be well made , the only problem has to do with assembly. I found that the Allen wrench size is a bit to big for the screw hands and had a problem with one hole did not line up on the back rest connection, I made it work so far.
I received this chair 2 days while assembling the chair, I found that, I havent got above circled bolt. I got only 7 of this instead of 8. Please help me with this problem.
