I was very upset to open the box and find the direction were in Chinese! The picture was better as far as the way of putting it together, but english should have been included!
Finally decided, after almost eight months working from home in uncomfortable chair, to buy a decent chair. For the money, this was a great choice - its comfortable, looks very nice in my breakfast area (my makeshift pandemic office) I can easily roll from my office to the stove to truly multi-task. Worth every penny paid, hope it holds up well!!
Fast fast delivery!! And the chair is so comfortable words cant explain how happy I am with my purchase. My previous chair from was hard and left me literally in pain getting out of the seat and cost more. This chair was cheaper and its more comfortable and sturdy and easy to put together. Im very happy I made the purchase. Back support and cushion!
As the instructions say, all the parts are located in the back of the chair meaning the space is hollow. I am 511 155 approx with slight lower back issues so I immediately knew I needed to fix that.
How?
There is a cardboard cutout protecting the chair back interior from the assembly pieces so I grabbed some 3 or 4 mattress memory foam I had lying around. Using the cardboard piece I traced the outline onto the foam. I did this twice giving me two pieces to cut out with scissors. The first piece slid perfectly into the back pouch. Not bad I thought but I wanted to make sure my back was well supported so I inserted the second foam cutout. I got about 90% of the way before I had to reach into the opening and pull the edges down and flush. 5 minutes later I had the seat back zipped up. The chair back is now super supportive.
Worries, the seat bottom is braced by either plywood or something even less substantial. Measurements show about 2 CM or .78 thick approx. If the seat bottom splits, I will probably remove the wood piece, upgrade to MDF, and maybe add some more foam to the seat cushion.
Is it worth $78, only if you are about 165lbs or less and do not need the arm rests to hold weight as you get up.
When I searched for desk chairs, this chair and another with a higher back came up with the most positive reviews. I chose this one because the other chair was $150+. I was worried the back of this chair wouldnt be high enough, but that is not the case! Im about to buy another one so my kids will quit fighting over it lol.

You can add Memory Foam to the back

Arms lean a little to much forward for my taste .

Very easy to install
