It is comfortable, but the problem I have is the extreme difficulty it was to assemble. Who the hell is engineering this stuff? I am 62 and 240 lbs, and I had to can my next door neighbor over to bend the back cushion to align with the screw holes. Yes, the bolts were kept loose, but it hardly mattered. It was so hard that I thought I had the parts backwards or something. We finally, with extreme force, managed to align the holes and assemble the chair. If you are a single petite woman, forget it. Now that it is assembled I do like it for the price.
I really like this chair. Its good for gaming and working in the office. It was very easy to assemble. Being white you have to wipe it down regularly but it has a nice modern look to it.

I was looking for an inexpensive but reasonably sturdy and attractive desk chair for occasional use at the dining room table, and this is it. So far seems sturdy.. Easy to assemble as instructions are clear (with one exception: the Step 4 diagram on p. 6 shows the wrong seat plate cylinder that attaches to the lift - that confused me.) But overall, very pleased with the chair. (Note: furniture tag says Made in China.)
Shipment came early. I am very satisfied with this product. It was easy to assemble and its perfect for me desk. It leans back and forth and you can adjust it high or low. I will defiantly recommend this product to others.
This chair took me exactly 20 minutes to unpack and install. Basics makes assembly easy by providing LARGE print instructions and extra bolts and accessories in case you lose a few. They also supply the Allen wrench. All the parts are in separate small plastic bags that are labeled with LETTERS so there is no confusion when you need to use them.
The chair itself is very comfortable and swivels back and forth as well as sideways and the sitting level can be easily set with the side handle. It really is all that simple. I know you get what you pay for and my old nicer chair was falling apart, but I am surprised at how well this chair feels and how comfortable it is. One note: The side handles are plastic and I could see if you had a bad fall over sideways, one could break. Thats unlikely. For the price and ease this is a great chiar.
Not as comfortable as i thought but for the price it works. If you are planning on spending lon hours in this chair just invest in a more expensive chair.

Great value if your chair randomly breaks on you
