I did not know what to expect. Chairs like this usually cost at least twice what I paid here. But, this chair arrived when said that it would. It was in manageable parts. The box came equipped with easy-to-read instructions and the tools to put the chair together. Altogether, it took me 30 mins to build the chair myself. All the controls work, and it is really comfortable. I am impressed, and that it usually impossible.
Love this chair a lot. I did read reviews about the bottom padding not being supportive so I ordered a separate cushion. The chair was great to put together. Fair warning, put the arm rests on loosely before adding the back attachment. Otherwise, you and your spouse may have a bit of a fit bc it is fickle.
I am very pleased with this office chair even more so with the seller. I purchased it well over two months ahead of moving to a new address. I opened it briefly when it arrived at my old address but did not assemble it until we moved. I was pleased at how easy it was to assemble.
Then I got to the last bolt to finish putting on the back it was lost. The way it was packaged, as I think about it now, I must have carelessly lost the last bolt.
Immediately contacted seller by email per enclosed information. I got rapid friendly response I was sent a complete package of all hardware, not just the one bolt. I cannot say enough about this seller such friendly, rapid help. I totally recommend these folks to my family, friends to all. Five Stars isnt enough!
I needed an affordable chair for my apartment. This is a great buy! Its not the most comfortable, especially for my shoulders as the back isnt tall enough to offer support, but its good for the price.
The height is adjustable but I wish it could go slightly lower.

They had to be assembled but it was a great value for the money! We love them and they are far better quality than we expected!
Good basic office chair

Its definitely a chair
Pretty comfortable. Easy to put together. Very chair-like.
Screws to short
The short screws were about 1/4 inch to short. Hard to align arm rest holes because of this problem.
