Bought this to replace another brand that died after 5 years. This is a far better product - great construction, nice flame adjustment and timer. We use this only for ambiance and coziness so havent tried the heat output. Best present for our family this year!
I personally likes the look, the output of the heat is better then i expected. for a small room is more then enough. specially the top of the heater is not that hot.
I love it! I would have given it five stars, but I had a hard time getting the screws in and it was a little flimsy because of it. Other than that its perfect!
