Ordered used like new sold by warehouse. The first one had major defects like shown in the pictures. Ordered another one and that came out looking and working perfect. I wish the fire effect was little brighter. Satisfied with heat output. Overall, a great buy but used items from warehouse are like hit or miss, no matter you buy Like New condition or whatever else. Yes, returns are easy BUT unnecessary hassle in repacking and taking it back to UPS for return.
Well made electric fireplace. It arrived in a few days, well packaged and easy to assemble. Its nice that flames can be on without heat output. The heat output seems to work well but its August and hot so Ill find out when the snow flies how long it takes to heat a room.
There is a faint rumbling from the motor that sounds like a train in the far distance. Flames are somewhat realistic. The unit adds a nice ambiance to the room.

Great small free standing electric fireplace!!
The stove is very simple to assemble, just unpack it, install the four metal legs and plug it in. It looks nice and the heat output is pretty good.
