These pictures are from Day 1, so literally NO use and wear to them, and yet there are a few places that look a little flawed or worn/ like the seams are not sealed up as well at they could be at the edges and theres particle board showing through the white at the edges and corners. I can only imagine this might start to look worse with use, but well see.
My husband thought this was a bit or a pain to put together. It took him 45 minutes, a power drill, a hammer, and I heard a few swears from the room he was working in and he was not happy with me for another project.
The end result is great through. We had a space in our kids room with only a pile of books next to his bed in a cheap plastic bin. Now at least we have the bin inside a real nightstand.
He now has a place to store his water on top and the cubby under the nightstand is honestly big enough to fit a whole folding storage cube or a decorative canvas or woven basket.
The one part that is a negative for me as far as design (besides the seams) is that the edges are very sharp. Its really too much of a point to have next to a toddler bed without some bumper guards. Im working on adding some babyproofing to this piece to make it friendlier for a kids room.
Overall I still think its a good deal for the low price and the clean white modern look to it. I guess I recommend it.
Got this to replace an aging IKEA nightstand my wife and I have been using and are pretty happy with it so far. In my experience, installation was easy (although the instructions are a little confusing and questionable) and the whole process is on par with other flat packed furniture. The nightstand itself is nice and large with a big drawer and a huge space below for miscellaneous storage. It actually seems a little too big and wouldve benefited from having optional shelves or something to help organize.
The only downside with this product is that the materials are very cheap. Its basic particle board and it just feels low quality. Im sure a little bit of water would warp this material instantly. However, at this price point, thats to be expected / you get what you pay for. That being said, we like it so far and if you need a cheap, convenient nightstand then this is a good option.
The looks of this little nightstand is really nice as long as you have aming carpentry skills with putting this nightstand together. The instructions where clear and easy to follow. I was able to get it assembled in about 30 minutes. Im a little bit frustrated with this product. Its a really nice nightstand but it is made from particle board. Particle board cracks very easily. It is very brittle. I dont understand why they would include the size of nails to hammer into the side of the particle board to nail together the cardboard backing. As I was nailing the cardboard backing in it split the top layer of the night stand and cause two cracked bumps on the top face of the nightstand. I was so frustrated especially after all that work getting it put together. I should have used my staple gun to staple the cardboard backing in. If you have very good and precise carpentry skills then I would recommend this night stand for you.
Ive already packed it Back up and sending it back. Not sturdy at all. The pieces dont stay together. Wobbly. Fell apart and then broke one of the areas that needs a screw for sturdiness.
This is the second piece of furniture that Ive assembled. Goes together easily, and the drawer works smoothly.
Its really fun, and gives you a sense of accomplishment.
The directions are clear and easy to follow. This nightstands design has been engineered with smart bolts and screws that go together easily. As you put it together, you get a sense of the time it took to develop all the pieces, so that theyd be easy for anyone to assemble.
The only thing that had me scratching my head was the backing board. The instructions showed a full sized black board, but all I saw was a half/sized grey board. I was folded in half. See the photo. Hope this helps.
I got this white nightstand for my daughters bedroom and it worked out perfectly! It does require assembly, though was fairly simple and took about 15/20 min total, by myself. The draw slides can be a bit tricky, since they dont have stickers on them like the other pieces do, rather the different piece letters are actually stamped into the , so it can be easily overlooked when trying to look for the correct one. Once assembled, its very sturdy and the drawers go in and out very easily. I like the small cubby on the bottom, which my daughter uses for some books and display items. Perfect size height to go next to her bed. Though, I do think that it may be a tiny bit overpriced for what it is, which is my reason for 4 stars / I personally dont think Id pay more than 35 for it, though that just might be me. Other than that, I recommend it!
So I was looking for a night stand for my sons room that would fit in a very specific spot in between his desk and bed. Before I got this I measured everything out to make sure it would fit and everything seamed like it would so I figured I would give it a shot. Hes only 7, almost 8 so he really didnt need anything expensive, just something to put his night light on and his echo dot kids.
So I had to wait a few days before I could write this review after I got it assembled. I was way to mad to write one any sooner. This thing was a nightmare to put together. The directions are so vague when it comes to certain parts. I spent probably half an hour just trying to figure out which of the 4 drawer rails were which and where they went becuase they arnt marked and the picture doesnt make it clear which is which at all. Then I spent a full nearly 2 hours putting this together. It was ridiculous. I had to take out screws and stuff multiple times because I put something together wrong since again the directions were quite vague. I even left the bottom of the drawer out and had to redo that whole thing because of it. It was a nightmare.
As far as parts go they arnt the best quality. Though really at this price point I didnt expect them to be. But it is worrisome that the drawer is held together by plastic pieces.after this was built it really doesnt look bad at all though. I mean its not going to last you year and years, but it looks ok and its functional. The drawer slides pretty easily so thats a plus. Overall Im mostly happy with the finished product. Its what I expected at this price point. But the assembly was just horrible.

True white. Sharp corners. Pain to assemble but works well

Cheap, but useful, nightstand

Use a staple gun for the cardboard back part
