Wood and fabric is great quality, customer service was very helpful with some minor damage that occurred during shipping and replaced the piece very quickly. Overall, I love this bed and am very pleased.
It is comfortable and easy to store and assemble. A drill helps a lot with assembly- there were no instructions in the box, but if you count the hardware pieces and count the holes drilled in the bed frame, its simple to figure out. I was able to assemble it alone in about an hour.
The bed itself is very attractive and supremely comfortable with a memory foam mattress. I have noticed no squeaking or creaking in the frame.
Ours came with a small ding in the headboard due to careless shipping, but it wasnt enough to bother sending it back.

I was expecting the tufts in the headboard to be more pronounced, but otherwise Im very happy with it. I am using a low-profile box spring with it because I own it and dont have a place to store it, but its definitely not needed.
