Customer support from this company was exceptional. Assembly instructions werent the best, but mostly my fault, just open every box first. Bed looks great and is exactly what I expected.

You should absolutely buy this bed frame. I am obsessed with this bed. I love the way it looks, is extremely easy to set up, and very sturdy. I will say the cushioned part is a little darker of a cream color than I had expected but I absolutely LOVE this bed.
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! The bed is so sturdy and comes in 3 boxes. Delivery was 4 days early which was a nice surprise. It took about 90 minutes to assemble on my own with a little help from my daughter with screwing pieces together. I do suggest laying everything out and setting up where things go then just begins, goes fast and smooth if you do. Bed is quiet and movement rarely felt. Quality of the wood and fabric are fantastic.
Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble. The first headboard I received in this order was damaged from shipping... the box and the wood edge of the headboard were gashed. Upon contacting they immediately shipped me a replacement which I received in record time. It is a beautiful platform bed and headboard. Definitely worth the money... and I wouldnt hesitate to buy again. Thank you!
Good quality, looks fantastic This bed looks great assembled. Its made of quality wood (expect for a small portion of MDF below the headboard) and it fits my queen mattress perfectly. I am knocking off 1 star for 2 reasons. The assembly of this bed was awful. You get 2 small alan wrenches in which to screw in the bolts, and with the location of the bolts, sometimes you were only able to make very small quarter turns making the screw-in process painful. Also the headboard on my bed had a patch that looked stained, however I was able to take a wet microfiber cloth and remove the patch that was dirty. The instruction was a sheet of paper with no verbal instructions, just pictures. For most people this will be fine. I was able to assemble the bed myself in about 2 hours, however there was a part where 2 people could have been very helpful as you have to lift the already assembled frame up in order to attach the 4 legs on each corner. I would highly recommend a power drill (each slat gets screwed into the frame) and a alan wrench kit to avoid using the crappy L shape ones provided.
Overall I am very pleased with the outcome of this bed and love the look and solid feel. The fabric on the headboard is a nice thick textured cloth and looks good with the gray color I got. I would recommend this bed.
Excellent value for money Very well made and good value for the price. Its my first platform bed. I like that I didnt have to purchase a box spring foundation. I purchased a hybrid mattress and find it very comfortable. It doesnt make noise when I reposition. I also like that the head board is low enough that it sits below my window. The neutral color goes with everything.
Well engineered, good quality and great looking. The pictures of this bed frame do not do it justice. The linen fabric headboard is beautifully tufted and wood is a nice color and finish. I searched through probably 10 different stores looking for an affordable king-size bed frame and this was the winner. My mom is even buying the same frame after seeing mine assembled.

A struggle to assemble but final product is worth it

Simple, unique and elegant There was nothing that I didnt like on this bed. Easy to put together, love the color and its was very good quality.
